1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and value protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or custom-designed
  • Loose gemstones that have been set into custom jewelry
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., different size or model), contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
